1 — Right of Withdrawal (Legal Return Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Withdrawal Notice:
Within this 14-day period, you must notify us of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal via info.glassmariuk@gmail.com

Return of Products:
After submitting your withdrawal notice, you must return the product(s) to us within 10 (ten) days, in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.

Refunds:
Once the returned products are received by us — or once proof of shipment has been provided — all collected payments (including shipping fees, if applicable, excluding any additional costs arising from your preference for a delivery method other than the standard shipping option) will be refunded to you within 14 (fourteen) days.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Products damaged during delivery are excluded from this scope and fall under the Defective Goods procedure.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days from delivery.


Return Procedure

  • You must notify us of your return request and obtain return approval.
    Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • The product must be returned to us using a trackable shipping service.

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer in all cases.

  • Shipments with unpaid shipping fees will not be accepted.
